Court records are not routed through the county FOIA system. Michigan court-record access is governed by MCR 8.119 and MCR 1.109, while MCL 15.232(h)(iv) excludes the judiciary from the Michigan FOIA public-body definition. The current 2025 Livingston access order supplies the local record-request framework.
